It's based on shipments ;) But still, it is strange it was certified so soon for such a low seller

Ohh fabulous, although yeah as everyone else has said 35,000 copies isn't all that much...

But in Oz I expect it is, their singles market is smaller than ours afterall. ;)

Possibly considering they have about 40 million less people in Australia compared to the UK...
