So, what do you think the result will be? England should win though in a way I hope we don't. If we do McClaren saves his job and stays for the rest of the campaign. If we draw or lose there's no way the FA can't sack him and I'd have much more faith in someone else taking us through than McClaren even if they do have 2 points less!

There could be up to three changes from the side that played Brazil with Crouch, Dyer and Bridge possibly coming in for Smith, King and Shorey.

I'm expecting us to win, but not easily, maybe only something like 1-0, but if McLaren loses this game he's out of the job, as there's no way the FA can keep him on.

1-0 seems likely. They may have lost all 6 of their games without scoring but they've only conceded 11 so they can't be that bad defensively. And we shouldn't concede. We are fairly good in defence, though if Dyer plays... :| Croatia beat them 1-0 at the weekend I think?

2-0! :cheer:

First from Joe Cole. Crouch has just got the second from a (surprise, surprise..) "excellent David Beckham cross". As described by Alan Green.

Beckham subbed for Dyer after a brilliant performance, with 3 Points in the bag & McLaren's jod safe until September.
All I have to say is: "Since Beckham and Owen are back ENGLAND plays GREAT!!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I honnestly dont think England have anything to celebrate yet. They got a good result yes. But lets not forget it was against Estonia who are ranked 110th in the world, 102 places below England.

It was a really good result though. We're the first team to put three past them at their place. It was a good performance all round and the best we've played for a long time.
