nah, i don't think it was that.

 

i just think charley was so bothered by the comment (despite her best efforts to not let it bother her) that she had to get it off her chest in some way.

 

i think if she'd have wanted people to know, she'd have told them all.

 

she tried talking to shabnam, who's her closest friend in the house, but shabnam just went off and brought it all up with emily.

Yer, Shabnams a bit useless like that.
