songwriting is only one aspect, beyonces got a way better voice, and her performances are amazing!

I know what you mean- I think Beyonce is ridiculously overrated :(

 

Amerie may not have the best voice but I much prefer her music.

I prefer Amerie's voice aswell, that's probably why Beyonce annoys me so much as hearing her voice feels like being slowly cut in half with a chainsaw.

 

'Gotta Work' has really grown on me and and I'm loving it. :wub: But I still like 'Take Control' more.
