Just editing to say that I've been corrected and it's a different thing. It happened recently and he had a flat tyre. :D

Love the little notes he leaves the traffic wardens. He must be on first name terms with them by now & isn't it a bit chilly for flipflops!

There's no one quite like him is there BYM&M's. No wonder we're all totally besotted with the guy.

 Yes, but obviously his feet get sweaty, but his head and neck don't! That precious voice  needs protecting from chilly winds, especially when you're driving around in an open-topped car.

He's wearing glasses, too, in the little picture. :D  Love him! Thanks for the scan, Carly.

I can't see Will ever sitting still for long though - don't you remember when he took the 9 months out in 2003 and we felt it was going to be so quiet. Whilst he may not have been hitting the headlines, what did he do - Feetbeat and other charity events etc, plus Exeter, plus FC. This time he's doing The Vortex, possibly Wicked, plus an album, and that's for starters.

I don't think the next album will materialise until Spring 2008, at the very earliest. Doesn't bother me at all, actually, anything between 2-3 years between albums is quite normal! Then, in 2009, he could do a Best of (I'd actually prefer that to a Greatest Hits, as he could then easily exclude Evergreen :P ), perhaps even a Best of Will Live (maybe with a bonus DVD of the Keep On Live tour ;)). :yahoo: My imagination is going into overdrive...

Liar, liar pants of fire, he knows where his spare is kept

Searched bloody high and low for the Daily Record today  Didn't know it was a Scottish newspaper until she told me in Smiths

And he knows where the battery is

Cool! Where did you find those pictures, F/G? :D

Seeing Will doing normal things does funny things to me!

My husband says he can't understand him not carrying a jack around - it's usually kept under the spare wheel.

I wonder if he only uses the car under limited mileage as it's a classic - keeps the insurance down - and doesn't bother to transfer his bits and bobs from the Audi if he still has it.

Whatever - the boy should learn some basic car mechanics - I bet his dad despairs of him

Will Young lands 'Wicked' part

Thursday, October 12 2006, 10:11 BST - by David Cribb

Will Young has secured a part in the West End show Wicked.

The singer will take the part of Fiyero in six months' time, according to reports. The current incumbent is Adam Garcia, but he is only contracted on a short term basis.

Young has recently been sighted in the VIP area of the show, surrounded by the producers. A source reveals: "They (show bosses) are really trying to woo him and he seems keen to get started with rehearsals."

I don't think we should waste anymore time over what this critic says, we don't really have to justify Will's talent anymore as he does it himself, his name stands out because everyone knows him and has an opinion on him, be it good or bad, he's always being used as a benchmark to aspire to on the endless flood of talent shows since PI1, he's still here and successful 5 years on and it doesn't matter what his critics have to say about his songs or performances, Will just carries on leaving all the other hyped up acts, who are here today and gone tomorrow (and who these critics say are so fantastic  ) in his wake. :D Will's performing with Nitin Sawhney later this month, a well respected musician who's opinion counts far more than this old fart. :D There, I feel better already. :yahoo:

Dorian is a name - remember the Picture of Dorian Grey, the Oscar Wilde play about a man who never ages and has a picture ins his attic growing old.

Perhaps this Dorian has it the other way round!
