He landed the role of sleazy lawyer Billy Flynn in Chicago last year, performing for five months in London's West End, and is currently playing Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls. His first, self-penned single, Colourblind, entered the UK singles chart at No 1 and his debut album went platinum under the guidance of Grammy award-winning record producer Steve Lillywhite. The Glaswegian has had five UK Top Ten singles and is now working on his third album."
June 12, 200718 yr Quite true Baytree about them choking on it. Am quite expecting a review in a similar vein from them or no review at all.
June 15, 200718 yr They published the actual Scotsman review today. The one on Wednesday was from their evening paper . http://thescotsman.scotsman.com/features.cfm?id=935242007
June 15, 200718 yr Author loving that bit "he certainly sings like an angel, particularily in ............" nice that he was singled out for praise.
June 15, 200718 yr I'm thinking we should have had a review thread for all the ones from Liverpool and Edinburgh but it's a bit late to think about it now, I suppose. Amazing, isn't it? He does 121 performances in a West End show where he is the youngest actor to play the role and gets just one review in a local paper, whereas he gets several reviews for each leg of a touring production. It seems topsy-turvy. Edited June 15, 200718 yr by Baytree
