It is indeed true and good on her I say. Kelly has the power and the knowledge to organise herself to put her own music together without such bickering idiots at her label making it harder for her.

 

To be honest it doesn't surprise me she's had enough of it all and just got rid of him.

If this is a decision for the better, that is a good thing. :)

this is why i love kelly

i agree excellent move by kelly. her new album album is excellent and really shows how she has grown since breakaway. its her best album by far it solid and i feel she will ditch the record company after its released. lets face it she will have no trouble getting another contract!

I really admire her stand against singing her single at a charity event - and agree it's crass to do that. It happens all the time though - and people with fewer principles are happy to promote using such events.

 

She's not my cup of tea musically - but I hope her album does well, and well done to her for having the strength to go against the power mongers!

Im in agreement well done to her for standing up to the managers, and :o Clive Davis trying to buy his way into the album!
