It was great. I doubt you've ever been as close to Darius before while he was singing. I saw a lot of others were affected the same way.

You know I won't ever book a front row seat for concerts or the theatre.

 

I could've touched his knee without stretching my arm that night. Those eyes that close are pretty full on.

 

It was only partly D's fault. The rest was due to the fact I had so many glasses of wine sitting there because several friends had bought me them. I would have said no thank you, but they'd bought them first. I couldn't very well refuse at that point.

It would have helped if yoy weren't too excited to eat. I don't think you had that much, it was just on an empty stomach. D's fault again.

I didn't want to be stuffing my face in front of him. That's just too rude. Trust him to be running on normal time instead of Darius time that night.
He was about one hour late. His Dad and brother were with him as well. The boys had spent most of the previous night at whatever big chrity event wa on at that time. And the rest of the night with the performers.
