I've heard Take That's "Rule The World" on radio1 and again on radio2, on second listen it's very anthemic and a very good song ( I love it already :heart: ) and I think it normally would be a cert for no1, but it might all come down to exposure and promo that week. Take That and McFly will be on tour, Leona will have millions watching on x-factor.

My opinion, yes it is and it's got some fantastic strings on it, I'm a sucker for strings and production, it's very singalongable as well.

To me, the song sounds dated and I thought that after having a year to write the album it might be ok!

 

Radio 1 do not like Reality show winners and will do anything they can do discredit them, I bet they only read out mostly bad texts. They will not add Leona to the playlists, the only time they will play the song is during the chart show (because they have to). They are so far up their own arses - I have no time for them.

 

They wouldn't even play Kelly Clarksons Since U been Gone and that was a worldwide smash.

I heard the Take That single on Radio 1 and Radio 2 today and it sounded brilliant on the radio. I had already heard it once or twice (not saying how) and hadn't made up my mind. The radio plays made up my mind ... it is really good. Having said that ... the PR machine behind Leona will be much bigger than Take That's (I honestly don't think they're that bothered anymore). Even though her song is 'average' at best - and certainly nowhere near as good as Take That's - I think she'll beat them to the number one spot.
