I haven't heard anything. Sixties covers a wide range of styles.

I don't supopose they think about instrumentals but I think Telstar would be great to skate to. It flows along at the beginning and then builds as it goes on and it's got sound effects raising the ante every so often where you could do a spectacular lift or spin.

I wonder if t'll be early, mid or late 60s? Very different styles for each period.

No, there isn't unfortunately. The only backstage bits are the ones they post on the ITV site. Lovely bit on there of Gareth and Maria this week :wub:

 

We should hopefully get to know the song list sometime today or tomorrow.

Do they show anything on the Saturday night show? I havent managed to watch it yet.

They did show fleeting glimpses of the celebs, but the show is finished now. It was only on for three weeks :mellow:

I'll take it that they'll say which songs tomorrow now.

Its looking pretty likely Gareth's music will be `I Get Around' by the Beach Boys :dance:

 

A horrendous costume they've chosen for him though. Might need a pair of sunglasses to watch :unsure:

I Get Around is a nice bouncy tune, maybe Gareth'll do a cheekier routine this week.

Some of the costumes aren't that good.

Do you think the costumes can influence either the judges or the viewers, megham ? If they're poorer, do you think it detracts from the visual presentation?

If they don't look good, then they don't seem as good. That's the way of life.

Let's hope it would be accidental rather than deliberate manipulation.
