Posted April 25, 200619 yr From: Virgin.Net Muse confirm 'Super' new single Returning rockers Muse have announced details of the first single to be taken from their eagerly anticipated fourth studio album. [/b] A message on the band's official website confirmed the track will be called 'Supermassive Black Hole' and will be released on June 19. It will be their first single release since 2004's 'Butterflies And Hurricanes'. The band are also set to release the follow-up to 2003 album chart-topper 'Absolution' on July 3. The LP is as-yet untitled. The band have also announced a free show for Radio 1 at Camperdown Park in Dundee on May 19, which is set to be their comeback show ahead of their headlining slots at the Reading and Leeds Festivals later in the summer. Muse's 2006 tour dates are as follows: Dundee Camperdown Park (May 19), Southside Festival, Germany (June 24), Hurricane Festival, Germany (June 25), Werchter Festival, Belgium (June 30), Arras Festival, France (July 1) Eurockeennes de Belfort, France (July 2), Stockholm Stadion, Sweden (July 7), Quart Festival, Norway (July 8), Summer Sonic Festival, Osaka, Japan (August 12), Summer Sonic Festival, Tokyo, Japan (August 13), Frequency Festival, Austria (August 17), Gampel Open Air Festival, Switzerland (August 18), Reading Festival (August 26), Leeds Festival (August 27). April 25, 200619 yr Thanks for the news Richard. I'm looking forward to hearing their new single, but i'm guessing that it won't hit the radiostations for just under a month yet, but i'm looking forward to the album though.
