I'm not. I'm watching those hips  :o  on SM's video of Kiss from the Fauldhouse gig. Somebody mentioned it on the cover version thread.

Now I've got She's Coming Home on repeat.

I love the laid back way Darius sings the verses.

Chrysalis to a butterfly, always been one of my favourites.
the Rushes remix - sun roof open, windows down and CD blaring - if "gangster" boys can blare out their boom boom rubbish bass beats up and down our road, then they can take in some quality music for a change. it is great! makes me feel so summery

Voted, La La Land! I assume that's why you started this thread.

Now, people what Darius song can we recommend for members of the dance forum?

Obviously the Almighty mix of Colourblind and the 8Jam mix of Rushes but what else? Love To Love?

Calling Trishiboo!

:o Ganster PIP B) :D

There's only the Almighty & 8-Jam remixes - I don't think you could class anything else Darius has done as 'Dance' music  I wouldn't recommend any of them either myself :puke2:  ... if I had to choose, I prefer the Almighty stuff myself, but hardly ever dig out my 12" - it's just a lovely keepsake to me :)

????

None right now .... been wading my way through piles of PI covers for a while - need to clear my head for Baytree's next batch ;) :D

How about you La La .... which Darius song are you listening to? :P :D

  • 2 weeks later...

Where did this thread come from?

I am currently listening to A Day In The Life, by the Beatles, does that count?

The only tentative Beatles connection I can think of with Darius is his belt buckle or the obvious influence of their early sound on Girl In The Moon.
