Posted June 24, 200718 yr BEYONCE DIDNT SIGN STANS PAINTING! Paul Stillwell's portrait of Beyonce http://www.nydailynews.com/img/2007/06/13/amd_beyonce.jpg Beyoncé just lost one British fan. Artist Paul Stillwell tells us that he started painting one year ago to cope with the death of his mother. He made this portrait of the singer (a copy of her "Dangerously in Love" album cover), and, when he heard about her recent concert at Wembley Stadium, he tells us, "I traveled 100 miles to London and waited outside her hotel for five hours. ... When she came out I showed her my painting and said, 'Beyoncé, will you sign my painting?' She said, 'No, sorry,' and walked away. ... I was devastated, as the painting took me over 80 hours to paint and I had put my whole heart and soul into it. I was shocked that she wouldn't take two seconds of her time to sign her name on it." There was no response by deadline to a request for comment from the singer's rep. http://www.nydailynews.com During a meet and greet in Dublin, beyonces teams set out some rules for her fans: No Bags No Kissing No Questions No Touching No photos UNLESS YOU PAY No presents (not even from children)
June 24, 200718 yr Firstly lol, those 'rules' look like pap-cr@p to me! Secondly, I wouldnt sign that either, LMAO! My god, she looks like a man. Slash horse.
June 25, 200718 yr artistically its good but for a portrait, its alright.. if i was a celeb i would probaly have worse rules then that, imagine all the people you'll have to touch and take pictures with, you'd get annoyed and tired.
June 25, 200718 yr oh lawd. Do u know this same person came on the Beyonce forum and wrote telling us all what happened. He travelled 5 hours and waited outside her hotel room, so people were calling him a stalker lmao Dont get me wrong I felt sorry for him, and if it was me I'd be upset, but he needs to think. If she signed it he coulda tried selling it and all these legal technicalities. He has since went to newspapers here and in the US telling them what happened...he needs to get over it now
June 25, 200718 yr And about that meet and greet, that is all lies too, heres the pics from them: http://www.shutterfly.com/progal/album.jsp...498cf409c6d807b Seems to me she is touching them...I dont understand why the tabloid love to make out like she is some diva
June 25, 200718 yr Tabloids have always hated Beyonce -_- It was worse in the early DC days. B@stards. Haha!

July 1, 200718 yr The painting is awful :puke2: But anyway, as much as I like Beyonce, we all know she is a b**ch.
July 2, 200718 yr The painting is awful :puke2: But anyway, as much as I like Beyonce, we all know she is a b**ch. Err no we don't!
July 2, 200718 yr Err no we don't! Exactly, we dont know what celebs are like when they are away from the camera but you can get a sense of their personality when you meet them and in interviews, or from other people in the industry, and I've never heard no1 in the industry call her a b*tch
July 2, 200718 yr Yep, its only the papers who portray that image -_- She comes across as a really great girl actually. All of the DC girls do, especially Kelly :D
July 6, 200717 yr Yep, its only the papers who portray that image -_- She comes across as a really great girl actually. All of the DC girls do, especially Kelly :D You really don't think Beyonce seems nasty or mean? I think she seems boring in interviews and is rude sometimes. I agree that Kelly seems nice, especially on Punk'd.
July 6, 200717 yr I think Bee is bound to come across a tiny bit more like that because she's essentially as much a business woman as a superstar (more so than Kelly in that respect) and perhaps 'letting her hair down' and being completely fun is more rare, but I dont think she's ever come across as a cow, as such. I think there are several artists who do, most noticeably Avril Lavigne, but I wouldnt say Bee does :D

July 6, 200717 yr beyoncé comes across as a robot to me. she doesn't show any emotion in interviews like she used to do (look back at her in the early DC years). when i saw "flaws and all" when she was being silly, i was like "wow, beyoncé's back" because i haven't seen her do silly sh*t like that in years.

I think that's kinda what I feel. I saw her on Tyra Banks show and talk about YAWN FEST, she was so boring it made me sick.
