I've got the telly warbling away in the background. I don't even know what station it is or whether it's terrestial or digital. I've been singing Stars Crash Down all morning. Maybe that's because I couldn't sleep for all the crashing noises going on last night with the gales.
Driving home in lashing rain and bad winds, the spray raising more than the rain falling, I realised that 'Stars Crash Down' is still a perfect driving song.
isnt it just, my daughter suddenly finds she has right girl wrong time on her phone, and is smitten - makes me laugh the way she says she knows it just isnt cool, but she just can't help herself. it is lovely hearing it again, I had forgotten how it makes me cry.

And suddenly you realise that the drivers around you in the tail back or other miserable situation are looking incredulously at you, smiling all over your face and singing along happily, taking the conditions super calmly.

 

 

 

 

 

I have often said that, I have been in a traffic Jam, singing at the top of my voice, beaming with happiness at the extra listiening time - and realised others are looking not so content, or giving me odd looks - I would recommend Darius CDs to calm people down.

I had to get it out for the No More vote and was reminded how much I liked it.
