It's the lines sometimes. 'Secret Song', 'Now or Never' and 'Save Love' all have those lnes which just catch me.

I know what you mean. They sort of sneak up on you, sometimes the words themselves and sometimes they're highlighted by a change in the melody but most D songs have a grab line which just gets me and they are very rarely in the chorus.
I like 'Laughter in the Rain' chorus but, it's usually the other way around and I like the verses better.

You like the chorus of 'Rushes' and 'Freefall' better than the verses?

'Simple Like The Truth'

well I'd have to go listen now you've put me on the spot.....

only came to say I was listening to Now or Never....better listen to those two as well

Ok perhaps I said it a little quick without thinking...as a female I'm allowed to change my mind.... :)

I probably meant that I tend to like his chorus' first then listen to the song....there are very few songs that I don't like all the lyrics for...

and anyway being a female I can keep changing what I say so there...... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v78/1PamP/smilies/1125971-M.gif

I was singing Tear Run Dry again today because someone posted "shore" as a word in lyrical links. It's a song I've never tired of. Beautiful and simple.

Mercury Rising - yes, yes, yes!

Fragile's one of those I need to be in a certain mood to really appreciate.

I love 'Now or Never'. Changing your mind is an asset. It'd be awful to be one of those people who are hide bound even when they have time to reconsider.

Fragile

Just because I was reminded about it yesterday, not because I'm feeling that way.
