July 2, 200718 yr Apparently details of his death we posted over 12 hours before the bodies were discovered, they traced the IP of the pc that posted them and it was at the WWE headquarters, so the PC thas been seized there But in the text messages he sent I think he warned about his murder/suicide the day before he did it Yes, that was bizzare. But police say it was just a coincidence. I find that hard to believe tbh. The person apperently claimed they had heard rumours. There is definatly more to this. There is alot of speculation that Benoit did'nt comit suicide and was murdered himself. Only time will tell, but this is one of the stangest cases I've heard in a long time. None of it makes sence. -_- Chris Benoit Web Bio Mystery Solved? http://www.entertainmentwise.com/news?id=34014 As we reported last week, Chris Benoit’s Wikipedia biography entry was updated to include his wife’s death some thirteen hours before investigators discovered the bodies of the professional wrestler and his family. Now, an anonymous user has confessed on WikiNews to making the changes to the entry but explained that there was no mystery behind the edit - it was just a "terrible coincidence" fueled by rumors and gossip. The user wrote: "I just can't believe what I wrote was actually the case, I've remained stunned and saddened over it." Benoit's Wikipedia page was altered at 12:01 a.m. Monday, even though authorities did not find the bodies until after 2 p.m. that afternoon. The entry claimed that the reason Benoit missed a match Saturday night was "stemming from the death of his wife Nancy.” The entry was updated by someone using an IP address registered in Connecticut, where World Wrestling Entertainment is based. Benoit, 40, strangled his wife and 7-year-old son before hanging himself in his basement using a weight-machine.
