Posted June 27, 200718 yr ... you know, tracks that are really 'nice' they are sooo pretty and polished that even non music fans suddenly become all authorititive "superb, best song ever" <_<, typically these songs were liked by your parents, christians, and general public. (which in the past was unusual) seekers................. the carnival is over snowy white............bird of paradise pete whylie............. story of the blues spandau ballet........true what other gut wrenchingly sickly ott pretty tracks can you think of?
June 28, 200718 yr The only one of those I like is Wah!'s "Story Of The Blues". Though as we know, Pete Wylie made better records both before and after that one. My line manager at work knows bugger all about music, but likes "Walking In Memphis" by Marc Cohn and "Wind Of Change" by the Scorpions. Would you put those in the same category??? I don't like either of them!
