June 30, 200718 yr Joe Cocker's A Little Help From My Friends has got to be one of the best. I also like ELO's live version of Day Tripper from "The Night The Lights Went Out ....." I have to admit I have a sneaking admiration for Peter Sellers' 'reading' of A Hard Day's Night in the style of Richard III - but I'm just weird like that. Kathy

July 3, 200718 yr oh dear.... i HATE siouxsies 'dear prudence', its really awful.. sorry. i thought 1966 saw alot of beatles covers that were imho better then the fab 4's original. overlanders.......'michelle' love this song... st louis union..........'girl' cliff bennet and the rebel rousers version of 'got to get you into my life' was another brilliant cover (sorry bri, ewf's effort was awful). 'with a little help from my friends'...... has to be jo cocker.... brilliant!
