Posted June 29, 200718 yr Undoubtedly, this is one of Aerosmiths biggest and most popular ballads. The song was almost never created until Liv Tyler was signed up to the film Armegeddon, which then Tyler turned around and created this song. :o So share your opinions! :D
June 29, 200718 yr Author Personally, Im in two minds about this, good and band. Good : It made Aerosmith ALOT more bigger/popular in other countries and appealed to new groups Bad : The song is cringworthy, not a step of ultimate ballads like Dream On & Cryin'. The song was dominated by younge teenage girls, etc.
June 29, 200718 yr Not one of my favourite songs tbh, probably about my 10th fave song by them ever but it bought Aerosmith to a bigger audience and that is a good thing to me
June 29, 200718 yr I thought this song was written by Diane Warren I think she wrote it with Joe Perry
June 29, 200718 yr Author I thought this song was written by Diane Warren Yes it was, but was co-written by Steven and Joe as well
June 30, 200718 yr It's an okay song, but it's been way too overplayed. I think Love Is An Elevator was their biggest hit until this one came along.
June 30, 200718 yr I absolutely detest this song. This type of MoR, stadium rock is one of the few genres I cannot abide.
June 30, 200718 yr I adore the song !!! Always makes me feel good and brings back happy memories aswell. True, the lyrics aren't that special but i love the way the song builds up.
June 30, 200718 yr It made me cry at the end of Armageddon   I think it's great, but it is not their best song...I think it's one of them though :P
July 2, 200718 yr i really like the song, but its way too over played so i only listen to it now and then, then i dont get fed up of it
July 4, 200718 yr This is one of the Aerosmith songs that I don't care for..I think it's overrated. -_-
July 4, 200718 yr One of the worst songs ever recorded and from a time when you could get away with this kind of rot as long as it was attached to a blockbuster cf. Bryan Adams, Celine Dion...
