I bet you've had a better night than I've had then SWF, I've watched Children Of Men tonight on Sky and it was a bit heavy and depressing really, I can't believe how c**p the tv is at the moment though, absolutely nothing on normal tv tonight at all.

Last night I was out at yet another party. :yahoo: Didn't surface until 11.00am to-day.

It's great to go to all these parties, only trouble is they all seem to be for people of a certain age.

Your almost as much of a party animal as Will. You would have been at home in his caravan at Glatstonbury.

I seem to have read a lot recently about Facebook in particular. Just seen this on my Orange Home Page. I'm sure everyone knows about security, so it may or may not be of interest.

Thieves target social networking sites

Addicted to social networking sites like MySpace or Bebo? Watch out! It might not just be old friends who are looking you up - but fraudsters as well. We show you how to stay safe online

Millions of us have joined social networking websites like MySpace, Bebo, Facebook and Friends Reunited. More than 16 million of us are registered with Friends Reunited, according to online credit information provider Equifax, while Facebook now has 30 million members.

Yet the success of these sites has come with a downside. Security experts warn that unless we’re careful we may unwittingly be giving information to fraudsters who can then use it to impersonate us and get credit in our names – adding to the UK’s growing identity fraud problem.

It seems we’re aiding thieves by being too trusting, says Neil Munroe of credit reference agency Equifax. “The problem is that people don’t realise the significance of the kind of information they’re putting out on the web and who may be accessing it,” he says.

“More and more consumers are signing up to these sites every day and chances are they’ll put on their date of birth, location, email, job and marital status.”

Stay safe online

The latest estimates suggest identity fraud costs the UK economy around £1.7bn a year, with figures from the UK’s fraud protection service CIFAS showing 67,406 people became a victim in 2006.

But you don’t need to stop using these sites altogether. Sites like Facebook themselves describe privacy as a top priority. Just follow these tips from Equifax for staying safe.

• Don’t include details often used for identity confirmation such as your date of birth, name of pets or your mother’s maiden name

• Set up privacy on your profile so only close friends can view your information

• If you’re going on holiday or will be home alone, don’t say so on your site – you could be left vulnerable to break-ins

• Don’t list all your networking addresses in one place

• Potential partners and employers are increasingly searching names on these sites, so don’t put on anything which could ruin your chances of getting a new job or boyfriend/girlfriend

• Be wary of anyone you meet on these sites. The photo may be deceptive and they could have ulterior motives

I'm pleased to know that you're canvas has arrived chrysalis, I seem to spending money hand over fist at the moment and I've sort of become a spendaholic, I think it's because I'm bored as I've never been all that keen on shopping as a rule, hurry back Will!
I didn't spend money Suggy (well apart from the raffle tix) - I won it. I like to give the moths an airing once in a while too Suggy. Otherwise their lives must be very dreary in my shut-tight purse.
