I think it must be vid clips of yourself? So people can see who you are. I would never ever put that on BJ or D on any other site like that. Maybe, one day, I'll put up a clip on youtube of me singing. I'd have to lose some more weight first, before I could bear that, though.

Speaking of weight loss - I'm quite happy, because after "treading water" for a couple months, it's going down again at last. Have lost almost 2 1/2 stone :cheer: and would like to lose just about another 2 stone.

Well done Toni. Keep up the good work.

I was always very slim but I've put on quite a few extra pounds in the last few years.

Must stop being lazy & do smething about it.

I recomend Weight Watchers. They really are good. :) Do it before it gets out of hand (not that I'm suggesting it would, of course).

I was always a few pounds overweight for my height, but nothing excessive, though I was always moaning about my belly etc., just the usual I guess (few people are completely happy with their bodies). Then, in 2002 I started putting on weight. I blame all the alcohol drinking that came with being a Will-fan (i.e. suddenly I was partying far too much and drinking wine every time there was a Will gig or a get together and just generally drinking more as well). That made me peckish, of course, and so the pounds piled on... and on... Then, from about late 2004, I started going through a period of depression and started drinking even on my own, which of course made the weight gain worse. (Gosh, I'm really baring my soul today! ) By last summer, I was 4 1/2 stone heavier than I had been in early 2002 during my last ski trip (oh how I long to go skiing again, but it's just too expensive :( )! I had been saying for ages I wanted to lose weight, but instead I was putting more on. I think it was seeing photos of myself at my auntie's 80th birthday last August, that finally gave the push I needed. Late October 2006 I joined Weight Watchers. It's been slow, with a couple of plateaus, but I'm more than halfway there now. :cheer:

My how I witter on today. I hope your 'puter holds up From Now On, TT.

Thanks for the advice Toni.

I think my problems stem from packing in smoking a few years ago & spending too much time in front of the pc. :P

Yeah, I spent too many long hours in the internet cafe, and in front of my telly re-watching Will performances. :P

I go for walks a bit more often these days. My new "lazy vice" though is reading. I'm still trying to finish Lord of the Rings, ideally before HP and the Deathly Hollow is published next week at midnight on Saturday morning (there's a contradiction if ever there was one, midnight-morning!).

Thanks Toni for your post, I may as well open up as well, my name is Chrissy and I was 3 stone overwieght, I've now lost one and a half stone and the rest hopefully by xmas. My problem wasn't drink as I hardly ever have any, it was mainly too much fat and sugar in my diet http://www.familycorner.com/forums/images/smilies/chocolate.gif which I've really cut down on now and I'm doing more exercise. http://www.familycorner.com/forums/images/smilies/trampoline.gif

Well done chrissy and toni  i reallly admire your stamina and for having such self control :cheer:

Really very well done both of you for losing weight. Like TT I was always very slim - never weighing more than about 8 stone, no matter what I ate but then came the "magic age" and I put some pounds on. From that point on I seem to have been constantly at war with my weight. I go to the gym, and walk which if nothing else at least "firms up", but even then I can't do it every day because of my "bones".

Glad your internet connection is OK at the moment TT. Thanks for the tel. number. Haven't had time to-day to ring, and later this afternoon and evening I've two meetings to attend. I'll get around to it tomorrow.

97 online on the o/s now :o

I see that :o - they can't all be "automatic googlers" - I thought those googlers picked up info during the night.

Thats what my hubby said [ computers are his job and life  ] and he said only a handful would be the googlers...if you go to any other artist sites you will see the difference, most have on average between 10 and 40 online. and if it was the googlers how come KC UK as had only about 7 users online each day and she as just had a global release and was performing on 'Live earth' she would be googled far more surely.

I'm doing more exercise. http://www.familycorner.com/forums/images/smilies/trampoline.gif

That's such a cute emoticon. Looks like fun, hehe.

Well done to you. Losing 1 1/2 stone by Christmas should be possible. It's by Christmas that I'd like to lose my remaining 2 stone, and I'm all motivated again. :yahoo:

Back now - quick bite to eat then out again. I don't know - little happens for days, then everything all together!!
