Yes I was chrysalis, I got up, took some more painkillers and had a quick look round to see if I'd missed anything, I'm a such a nosy bint anyway and having a bad back won't stop me from coming on here, :lol: it just stops me from staying long, it's not as painful today, so hopefully it's on the mend and thanks for asking and you others as well. :friends:

I didn't need my wellies, nor my umbrella, nor my shower jacket, nor my heavier jacket, nor my cardi, or anything else I took "just in case". :rolleyes: The weather kept fine, there were hundreds and hundreds of people there, and I hope a whole boodle of cash was made for the Great North Air Ambulance service. :D

I do hope so TT - they have no government funding. They have great public support in this area, where for some the nearest main A&E is 60 odd miles away. They do a great job, and have saved a lot of lives.
