We haven't had an announcement on his O/S saying he's doing it have we? but we knew about the Vortex for ages before the told us officially, :lol: I hope he's there for you Tillywhim. :D

 

Oh well - day out even if he isnt...not too far for me into London so its not like its mega expensive....please keep everything crossed for me

I'm sure you will enjoy it whether Will's there or not, it's one of those 'experiences' isn't it?

 

One thing that I'm puzzled about, some over on D are talking about him singing with the orchestra, so why would his band be there? :unsure:

 

Isn't it almost official that Will's gonna be at the Proms? I love classical music, so even if he isn't there, I'm bound to have a lovely time. It'll be better than the Diana concert (and much cheaper :D) and I'm already sure I'll enjoy most of it. :thumbsup:

 

I'm getting a spare ticket from someone who booked a while ago. :dance:

Just seen the new pics over on D, but thanks for bringing them over TT. Isn't Rupert wearing Will's old jeans - it certainly looks like it. Didn't Conor wear them on one occasion? Talk about getting your money's worth!! :lol:

Did he? I was thinking of the last proms, the Jubilee, Diana and all the others when it's just been Joseph that's gone along with him :D If he sings with the orchestra as well (that's if he's even doing this ;) ) then let's hop we get a mixture of Will's own tracks and some old standards.

But its on Kevins myspace that he's backing will - he plays trumpet after all so a band is probable....

Pretty sure he did - I'll have to dig out my tape recording of the BBC's Friday Night is Music Night that was from the Mermaid. Think he also had the strings from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra? (and of course his band), on the summer tour - Harewood, Stowe year. Have to get that tape out as well!! :lol:

Chrysalis - he definitely had an orchestral backing at the Mermaid (I think it was the BBC Concert Orchestra). I was there. :dance: It was fantastic. Fine Line live for the first time. :cry: Wow.

It would be a 9 hour drive [there and back] we couldn't afford to stay over night...hubby's up for it he does he like an adventure :lol: [whether Will was involved or not]

I think I'd only go for this if I was anxious to see the other artists as well. Three songs, less than 15 minutes of Will, that's a heck of a drive for such a short performance. :D

 

It's not far for me, I live in West London, but I don't do parks, or standing, or charges to the front, possible cloudbursts, red hot sun, plagues of wasps or queues for portaloos. :lol: Not even for Will, sorry :cry:

When he comes back to the arena, I'll be there with bells on for as many nights as he plays ;)
