i think thats one of the reasons he has lasted so long..he can sing a song for everybody..in any style in any tempo. :wub: :dance:

 

What's in Goodbye and Love is a Matter of Distance aren't my favourites either. Though when he said that he sang Love is a Matter of Distance to a fan (because she was standing a long way away! :P :lol: ) I sort of got it and liked it better after that.

He was asked what he might be doing in years to come (or something like that), and he said he'd still be singing somewhere probably on the end of Bournemouth Pier. Then says "Remember this pop idol" and sings in a crocky, old sounding voice, a bit of EG. He then falls about laughing, and you can hear the interviewer laughing as well.

I can still picture him laughing. He loves his own little jokes. :lol: Was this the same show when he talked about thinking he was funny? He was on top form on that programme. GG like now bored the pants off me. :naughty: but true.

His attitude was as laid back as he was on that sofa. It was all very light-hearted, nothing deadly serious.

Mawnin everyone, :hi: I'm feeling all this love in here, :heart: I've never been a fan of WIG but I still love Lovestruck and I can remember having it on repeat for quite a long time and I wasn't best pleased when it never got released as a single, :( I'm sure it would still be getting played often on the radio now.
