As well as what?

As well as erm, looking very edible and might I say, lickable on numerous occasions,http://www.profitseekersnetwork.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/blum.gif his jeans are always at an agreeable height around his lower hip region. There's always plenty of eyecatching moments to see at his concerts http://www.profitseekersnetwork.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/look.gif and he keeps all of us very happy and entertained when we are lucky enough to go and see him perform. http://www.profitseekersnetwork.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/party.gif It's always very frustrating when I can't get tickets to see him http://www.profitseekersnetwork.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/girl_cray2.gif and he's the best live singer in the UK today and I lovee him. http://www.profitseekersnetwork.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/girl_pinkglassesf.gif

Babyshambles have signed up for the Little Noise Sessions

Babyshambles, The Kooks, Declan O'Rourke, Billy Bragg and Noah And The Whale are the latest acts to join the bill for Mencap Music's Little Noise Sessions.

The string of gigs, running from November 20-28 at London's Union Chapel, will also see the likes of Kate Nash, Snow Patrol, Will Young, Newton Faulkner, Athlete, The Hoosiers, The Enemy, Keane, Jack Penate and The Pigeon Detectives take to the stage.

Jo Whiley, who is an ambassador for the charity, said: "Mencap's Little Noise Sessions are a great opportunity to see big name bands play an acoustic gig in an intimate setting, whilst raising money for a really worthwhile cause."

Will Young, also a Mencap ambassador, added: "I have always wanted to perform at the Union Chapel as it's such a unique venue, although it's slightly nerve-wracking playing an acoustic gig!

"It's great that the money raised will go to such a good cause."

Isn't it great that it is only Will who is interviewed. Lovely man!

He's probably the only man they'd get coherent answers from Pearl.

Glad you explained Suggy, I wondered what else he did besides singing :coffee: I will have to see if I agree with you when I see him in November (did I mention I have a ticket?.......actually.......is there anyone on here who hasn't got a ticket :D )

I shall have to study him closely to decide you understand.......solely for research purposes ....to see if he really warrants such adoration... -_-

I'm sure he's nothing special......I'll check him out... B)

I understand where you're coming from Tillywhim and I think I'd take a book along with you to read, time can drag if you've no point of interest to focus on.

Thanks to Sleepless in Hampshire & aj for this exciting news.

Will performed last night in US

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will performed at an awards ceremony in LA. Was only half watching Entertainment Today so missed what it actually was, apparently a beautiful ballad!

Just looked and there's a photo on Wenn. Black suit http://photo.wenn.com/index.php?ref=...107&version=uk

It was the 6th Annual BAFTA/LA Cunard Britannia Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in LA.

Can't wait to find out what he sang. Could it be something new & why has he been invited to perform over there when he's virtually unknown? :yahoo: All very exciting. :w00t: Hope someone can find out more.

Will at the BAFTA/LA Cunard Britannia Awards, UK

Last night, Will took to the stage at the The BAFTA/LA Cunard Britannia Awards in Los Angeles, where he’s currently in the studio.

He was asked to perform by a producer friend and he sang ‘That Ole Devil Called Love’ with just a pianist accompaniment. Otherwise, he spent the evening with Cat Deeley who’s also in the States working at the moment and whom he’s been hanging out with while he’s there.

Will says, ‘It was such an honour to perform, but I was quite nervous too as all of Hollywood’s stars were attending. I really enjoyed the experience, it was great to be back on stage and a treat to perform in the States too.’

The Britannia Awards are BAFTA/LA's Britannia Awards honour individuals and companies who have dedicated their careers or corporate missions to advancing the entertainment arts.

Last night’s event honoured actress Kate Winslet and actor Denzel Washington among others.

Love to see he's working over there :yahoo:

Loving the song choice. He can't have failed to impress.

Wonder if the producer friend could be Robin Thicke.

Thanks to Sleepless in Hampshire.

Hello magazine have picked it up

"While Brits often have a reputation in the US for their restraint, Cat Deeley and Will Young showed we also know how to have a good time as they hit the red carpet in LA this week. After arriving together at the annual BAFTA/LA awards – an Anglo-American event to honour people in the Hollywood and UK entertainment industries – the exhuberant pair were soon in gales of laughter.

Fun-loving Cat, who's become a popular TV presenter Stateside, and her former Pop Idol winner pal were among the stellar British contingent at the ceremony, which was hosted by The Queen actor Michael Sheen. "

Love that they picked up on happy they both were. Pity they didn't mention that he sang.
