Aerosmith where riding high after the sucess of Pump, and they could only get bigger, which they did! In 1993, Aerosmith released there biggest album ever, Get A Grip, selling almost 7 million in the United States. It also showed a more commercial side to Aerosmith and featured more ballads, such as Cryin' and Livin On The Edge. After alot of hard touring Aerosmith came back, 4 years later and released 9 Lives!

After the MASSIVE sucess of I Dont Wanna Miss A Thing (<_<) Aerosmith took a break, and bounced back in 2001 with Just Push Play and In 2004, Honkin On The Bobo.

90's and 21st Century Releases:

Get a Grip (1993)

Nine Lives (1997)

Just Push Play (2001)

Honkin' on Bobo (2004)

So Discuss Aerosmiths's 90's and 21st Century Era here!

I gotta admit my fave out of that lot was Honkin' On Bobo, all great albums but I loved that particular one, am a massive fan of Blues Rock and rock music based on 60's songs so out of all those listed while I own them all Honkin' On Bobo is my fave

Tbh I could never get into Honkin On The Bobo, it sounds to "old-fashioned and out of date" to me.

My personal favorites are Get A Grip (although it was a bit to pop/rock) and Just Push Play, which surprisingly has a few good songs. Nine Lives is also very good, ranks about 3rd in this era!

Although tbh one of the best from this Era is A Little South Of Sanity (Live Album)

Get a Grip (1993)

One of my favorite Aerosmith albums. ^_^ Yes, it was critisized for going to pop/rock  and mainstreem, but you can't miss the fact about the amazing guitar riffs and vocals from Steven and Joe in this album! I also read something about "Ballad-overkill", but the ballads on this are amazing! (Livin On The Edge & Cryin')

Nine Lives (1997)

Loads of people regard this album as a classic. And I must say, it's a good album, not the best Aerosmith album though. It's just that you get so use to the fast and loudness of the Aerosmith albums, and then you get this one, which just seems to go so SLOW. Crash, Attitude Adjustment & Pink are the only decent songs on this. :/ Taste Of India is also suprisingly good, as the song is also influenced by India's music, not sure on it's lyrics though. :P

Just Push Play (2001)

I LOVE this! Deffinatly in the top 5 of Aerosmith Albums. Imo this album is really underatted, as most Aerosmith fans find it cr@p. But it's production is like 21st Century Rock, and it was mainly 21st Century music that I got into, so it might be that. :/

Honkin' on Bobo (2004)

Hate this album. There, described it in 3 words. :P
