Can someone reply to my thread in Events on D about the calendar - it looks lonely with no replies. :(

 

I'll pop in later today & add some pics Pearl. Are you putting together pics for 2 calendars?

 

It's a pity the thread in Chat was closed as many people probably don't look in the events forum.

 

Exactly! I complained to Griff but she said it would probably stay on the first page quite a while but with the news coming in I doubt it.

It's a shame as I'm sure lots of people on Devoted would be interested.

I'm sure interest will pick up once it sinks in that we are not getting either an official or the unofficial......although there were 2 different unofficial ones last year so maybe one will be printed.....

 

I shall miss getting a nice big one though (no rude comments please you lot!) Does look rather nice hanging up by the pc........

You could always take it to a photcopy shop and have it printed on A3 but it would cost you.

The one on DS? we only got a couple compared to some of them, the Daniel O'Donnell one made me laugh though. :lol:

That was me who told the story about Daniel O'Donnell. Just to add to it on our way back from Killarney the coach driver put on a tape of DO'D and when it had finished the girl across the gangway from me said "Thank goodness that's over, I nearly did myself in, it was so miserable!"
