I've had a couple of bad days. Landed up in casualty on Tuesday evening. Dreadful pain and swelling in my right shoulder. Got told I'd been doing too much, and to jolly well take my pain killers "that's why you've got them!!!!" :( (I'd been trying to cut them down) and rest. So that told me - basically all my own fault trying to run before I can walk. :rolleyes: Hey-ho.

Sorry to hear you've not been too good chrysalis. :friends: You must take their advice & take things easy. I want to be chatting to you on Will's next tour.

Thanks TT. Trouble is my head's fine - it's just the body that's weak!! :rolleyes: Keep forgetting it's one step at a time and that it's gonna to take months, not weeks. Anyway I fully intend being there when the next tour comes round to chat to you again and everyone else. :yahoo: But I must do as the specialists tell me to get there. Think I'll have the words "take it easy" tattooed on my forehead! :lol:

Sorry to hear your not well chrysalis I hope your feeling better soon ..... you will need to get your strength up for a possible dash across fields in searing temperatures [we hope :rolleyes: ]...it's not for the faint hearted :P

Trouble is I'm doing absolutely nothing - my poor old fella's been staying for so long he's almost but moved in, and I don't want that as I like my independence too much. Mind you I don't know what I would have done without him.

Really annoyed this evening. :angry: As a treat I was taken to our local Playhouse to see a Motown Show, but the dry ice (or whatever they call it) that they were pumping out was so thick I couldn't breath, and I had to come out half way through. Mind you I don't think I missed very much as the group were not very good.
