My husband & I used to go out to a Nightclub quite often that wasn't too far away over in Newmarket. We stopped going because of this...it used to irritate my eyes something wicked - if I wore my contacts it drove me crazy.......I'm not smoke tolerant either & was so grateful for the new laws. I dont think folks realise how much this can ruin your evening.

Smoke affects me too. I have asthma and really find it difficult to breath when people are smoking.

It's OK for me too. I'm actually finding BJ is very slow at loading my pages. The header loads fast but then its slooow.

 

P.S. having said that ..... it's suddenly speeded up :lol:

Golly it was freezing when I got up this morning! it must be awful for you, makes me long for the the good old days when I was a kid and having a roaring coal fire going and toasting crumpets for tea. :lol:

It sounded like some kind of wind up. :o A welsh speaking lady who I had difficulty understanding asking whether I wanted the load of manure I'd ordered dumping at the front or the back of the house. When I said I hadn't ordered any she insisted this was the right number & then put a gentleman on the line to confirm what she was saying!
