American Star loves Brit pair

Pink has hailed Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen for making pop exciting again - and confided she would love to write a song with the Rehab starlet.

The I'm Not Dead singer praised musicians who avoid clean-cut image and indulge in booze, drugs and naughty nakedness.

Pink told me: "Amy and Lily are going crazy in America right now. I think they're awesome."

"The world needs more interesting rock stars rather than complacent pop stars."

"I'm very excited about them. Sex and drugs are integral part of being a rock star. Its all about your attitude and how you do your thing."

"Having the experience of sex and drugs is a good thing but you dont necessarily have to continue. It's more important who you are and what you stand for."

We all know that Pink, 27, Lily, 22, and Amy, 23, share a mutual talent for speaking their minds.

On Stupid Girls, Pink took the mickey out of the likes of Paris Hilton, 26, for her attention seeking.

Singer

Plastic poppets are not welcome in the world of Pink, neither is the array of merchandise most chart acts get involved in producing.

She added: "I don't think you should do a greatest hits before you are old or a doll. Dolls should be illegal."

Despite being on her forth album, Pink is open to writting with, and for, others. I caught up with her in Gothenburg for Sony Ericsson Walkman Phones' W660i launch.

She grinned: "The last album I brought was on mp3 and it was Amy Winehouse's. She is great and yeah, absolutely I'd write with her."

"Britney is crazy enough to do one of my songs but its hard for me to let go of them. Because of that the only people I will write for are real singers. Not that she is not a real singer but she is more of an entertainer."
