I loved FA when I first heard it back in March this year, but by the time the album came out i'd gone right off it and then I went back to liking it and then I went off it again and now I like it. It's all SWINGS AND ROUNDABOUTS.

Teddy Picker is my fave.

 

Although DIFD, 505 and FA have all had their moments as my favourites.

THIAC and The Bad Thing are my 2 favs I think, but now i'm really into Teddy Picker atm.

A quick AM question - did they never release The View From The Afternoon? :o

 

I was always under the impression they did but I looked on Polyhex and it says they only released two singles from album #1.

It was released on the Who The f*** Are Arctic Monkeys EP which wasnt chart eligible because it featured too many songs to feature as a single ^_^

Yep it was just released as an EP, but because back then EP's couldn't chart it never did so, and apparently had it been able to chart it would have been #1

and would have ended Gnarls Barkley's #1 streak! :o

Oh I know. It's the boy drumming isn't it? Sums up the rush and hyperactivity about the song amazingly well.

 

I'm good too. We've had rain, thunder, hail, sun and now WIND today. It's quite the WEATHER ROUNDABOUT.
