July 7, 200718 yr A lot of black women wear weaves. It's a lot easier to handle and style than normal hair so I guess that's why they do it. It can wreck your hair though cus as the name implies, it's weaved onto your natural hair and so can leave it in a state when it's removed so if people wear them all the time then they will have to resort in never showing their natural hair. It also works best if hair is short, so B and Kelly may have short natural hair underneath their weaves. Most black female celebrities you will see are wearing weaves, but unless you know about hair and weaves (like me :P lol) then you will just persume that it's their natural hair ;) Hope that clears up a few things, any questions then just ask away cus I know loads about weaves because one of my best friends wears one and I always ask questions about it :lol:

July 10, 200718 yr :D Calm down hunnie, they didn't know. Have a lil patience But yeah nearly EVERY celeb in the entertainment industry wears wigs, weaves, extentions and anything else I've left off. It just gives a fuller effect to their hair ;)
