Got my book...£5 Asda

 

There was quite a large queue.

They had Big ben chiming and then the Harry Potter Theme tune and anounced the books would be handed out.

 

I then had to go pick my son up...who is now reading the last few pages...I'm going to whip it off him in a second :naughty:

There was very long queue at Waterstones, luckily we were near the front, got our books and managed to catch the last bus home. The girls have been reading all night and are now about 230 pages into it.

Were they really excited? they'll be exhausted but determination will get them through.

well my little car passed her mot today, I was suprised and thought the catalitic convertor would have been done in, after all that bad petrol fiasco and driving around with her spluttering and underfiring for weeks while we gradually flushed it out, and the handbook etc going on about how fragile they are and to take it straight to a dealer and not to drive if it had any underpowering. so thats another weight off my mind!!

I'm so glad your car got through so easily. I keep meaning to check when my MOT's due. I too am dreading it this year, not for any specific reason but just because she's getting on a bit.
