Morning everyone....going to have another try for Scotland this morning....

Try to get on later :)

Hope the trip's going well - and that you've managed to get your Mum in the car this time. Try tieing her wheelchair to the roofrack if you have problems.

Meg

It's fairly grey here just now but it's hard to tell how it will go. The clouds are quite low but there's a hint of blue coming through. Take your umbrella-ella-ella. ( Argh!) if you intend to walk about.
It's nice and warm here but a bit windy. I think an umbrella may be a bad idea if the wing gets up further - it is lovely now though.

An umbrella is always my last resort. I'm lethal with them because I don't pay attention. I'm too busy churning things over while I walk. If I have problems that's how I come up with strategies for sorting them.

I really miss Benji. It's not the same going the same walks without him.

No, a dog is so useful for that. Also, they make you go out in weather that you'd just sit in through. I was really lucky today, sun all the way until a couple of minutes from home - and that ended after about 5 mins.
I wasthe opposite went out with a cardigan and alight jacket and then got melted. It's really beautiful. I hope Pam's getting it just as nice. With the right weather, Scotland is absolutely magnificent.
I'd have loved sun when I was there. My dream of sitting round Edinburgh Castle and reading got drowned.

It was horrendous when Michelle and I came out of the matinee. We just ran into the nearest local restaurant and had a bite to eat and a good old chinwag while we watched it gushing down.

BTW I do know where the space bar is, but just sometimes I can't be hitting it right.

My cheap keboard misses out anything you don't hit hard. I've got used to my posts having mssing letters all over the place.

I got wet and cold so many times in Edinburgh it was unbelievable.

Just as well there was somebody in Edinburgh to take your mind off it

Don't you remember when we went down that lane and this tall guy came up and started giving you the eye and then had the nerve to try out his chat up lines on you.

Oh well, you just have to get used to being stalked by these people. Lucky I had people with me though.
