I had to leave the PC to clean my windows because the sunshine was showing up marks I couldn't see on other days. The more I tried to pretend they weren't there, the more they wound me up.

 

 

 

That's one of the annoying things about the sun, the other is showing the dust :(

 

 

I know. I've tried all those miracle dusters that are supposed to whisk it all away and protect surfaces but every time the sun strikes I know they're no better than a good old yellow duster. I must be an advertiser's dream - I'll try any product once.

I've started using those dusting wet cloths.....or frequently use wet kitchen roll

I enjoyed the film - very catchy but, what on earth was the point of having John Travolta dressed up? There are female actore who could play the part. It didn't seem to be a cross dressing role in any form. I really like John Travolta but found him being in this silly.

I did wonder about that on the previews but thought it would become clear in the film.....so it isn't then :(

 

I'll tell you what I think tomorrow

Michael Ball's playing that part on stage. Maybe there's a key song or part of the book which they've omitted in the film.

I'd never heard of it before I saw the preview at the cinema so I don't know.

I'm back...for a short while.

 

been to the pictures...really enjoyed it :D

 

Had the dogs out.

 

...need to take Sally home and pop to the shops before stephen gets home at 5

I'm now gong to have a nice, long, hot bath and try to dry my clothes off. It doesn't make sense, dos it? Dry what I was wearing and get me even wetter.

A bath is a much more pleasant soaking than being caught in the rain while walking your dog. It's warm, relaxing, smells fragrant and if you are lucky you can lock the door so no one can interrupt.

I can. It doesn't stop people knocking on it though. Dane didn't mind the rain at all but, I got relly cold.

How's the Thames?
