I'll have a look and see if I can get a replacement camera which takes XD first and then I may do that.

My stomach seems to be settled today, thanks Pam, but I'm still only eating lighter things today just in case.

The cards like xd hold the memory for cameras like Fuji and Olympus, the sd cards are a different shape and our canon and, pentac and panasonic cameras take those. More types of camera probably thake sd memory cards than xd.

It wouldn't go in your camera. The manual tells you anyway. They also come with a memory card that's far to small to be any use - but you can look at that and see what type you need.

It's OK I know what the card looks like for my present camera but the camera's on my replacement list after the video/DVd recorder and vacuum cleaner.

My video camera has died. It's an item that has actually made my lost. Don't know when I'd buy one though.

I want one that works. mini dv ones seem to be very reasonable. The HD and dvd ones seem to be fashionable at the moment but neither are as good as the mini dv. The vids my ordinary camera takes are good but, it's so memory hungry it's impractical.

That is the problem with taking video on the camera. My major problem is taking pictures before the subject gets bored waiting.

You have to keep the hand steady as well. No shaking. Darius is very patient though.

Next one I buy will have a fast shutter and an anti-shake mechanism. Some day I'll get a really good picture of Darius.

nOW ALL YOU NEED IS ONE WITH LARGE HANDS THAT GRAB HIM AND HOLD HIM STILL. i HAVE LOTS OF PICS OF HALF dARIUS' Caps locked again. I wish it wouldn't do that.

I'm sure I could get a few volunteers to grab and hold him. What are friends for?

Just get him to put an arm around each. That should keep him still for a few seconds. I'm looking forward to your pics already.
