Yes. Have you noticed that if men generously gift you some electronic equipment etc, they can never be bothered looking out the instruction manual for you?
Most power tools seem designed for men's hands. That makes it far more difficult for a woman to hold. I managed to get a really small sander and tha did make life a lot easier.

But it also makes it harder because it takes twice or three times longer to do the same area.

 

I just avoid having to use power tools. If I can't do it with a real saw, ratchet screwdriver, normal pliers, wrench, shears and hammer, it doesn't get done until I can entice one of the family males to do it or I hire someone to do it.

 

I really wish I could find a trustworthy local handyman willing to do small repair work at a reasonable price.
