Having sat and watched something that wasn't there, making foot prints, I can't say I don't believe ghosts can exist. One of the people I watched with now denies it, but we all know what we saw.

In the dining room once, in my bedroom once, in the hall. It was probably because I knew I was going to meet you and was getting prepared for the spooky dreams.

I should never have read your thread about your dreams. Again last night, I frightened myself awake. I was in a lovely garden with beautiful birds and flowers but I could tell that it was all just an illusion and underneath there was evil. I don't remember exactly but at one point I was crawling along the ground trying to follow the path because the light was poor. Then I was surrounded by ceiling high monsters who kept coming towards me. In my dream I said to myself that I was dreaming and to wake up. I opened my eyes but the monsters kept coming towards me. I was screaming at them to go away but even though I was awake (in my dream) they kept on advancing.

 

I felt very shaky and disorientated when I woke properly.

oh dear!! usually three things with me if I get bad dreams or hallucinations - illness, overheating or stressing about something

 

 

Well, I'm not ill, nor do I ever overheat (still sleeping comfortably under a 13 tog duvet) so that only leaves stress - probably.

Have you tried taking some night kalms...they may relax you

Well, Nina would. I'd need him to be quiet if I wanted to sleep. I'd keep listening to the next bit. Then there's the need to get my camera out.
