Oh what a shame....+ what a shame I missed the last one.....not long got back in.

How did it go?

Has anyone heard from Secret Song recently? Bit worried I haven't seen her around for a while.

Oh no....I was thinking about her and the Bebo site.

There's no date on her MySpace so I don't know when she was last there.

I'll give her a ring tomorrow

I hope she's ok. Maybe she's got internet problems or looking on the bright side, is on holiday somewhere gorgeous and sunny.

It could be PC problems.....I've sent a message but if she doesn't respond I'll phone

Off to bed...nite

Hope you're having pleasant dreams of Darius. Why does my hubby dream of him and I don't?

:o what sort of dreams?

It could possibly be jealousy...my husband is going to cite Darius and Meg for our divorce....:o

Just dropped my car off at the garage for a service and MOT....wonder how much it will cost :(

It's not funny how things all seem to come together. It's not the sort of thing that runs through my mind when I buy a new car but I suppose it should.

I decide on the marque, then the colour then the price.

I don't know how often I've tried to separate the MOTand service from Road Tax by paying a year or just six months, whatever it takes, only to find something turns up and I have to just pay six months, making them clash again.

At least I managed to reduce my AA payment considerably this year to something reasonable by cutting out services I don't need.

our little car will need updating soon..and I am at a loss..nowadays its all onboard computers, and they are notoriuous for going wrong and being expensive to repair.my dad has a golf, and he cannot even change..or indeed unscrew the battery because it turns off the computer and it will need resetting..at the dealers!!..for a fortune! he has to pay a fortune even for the simplest things done to it due to the complicated set up on it, its al a ploy these days to part us with our money, at least my clio is old enough for us to work on it, but even then it has an imobilizer which is starting to play up...we rang up some garages for a service the other week and lots were saying..oh we dont touch the engine on a basic service..we use the computer and a lap top for dianostics!! made our car sound obsolete..but at least it is simple and we can do simple things our selves ..I am dreading getting a newer car..are there any ones left that you arent held to ransom when something goes wrong as they are made so everything has to be done at a garage for a small fortune!
I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get much longer out of mine. I will have to seriously consider whether I really need another car or if it's just an unnecessary luxury. I live in a big city and I can take a train or a choice of half a dozen buses in any direction. The only place that's still extremely difficult to get to by public transport is Glasgow Airport. It's easier to get to Prestwick o I usually fly out of there if I can.
I need mine....public transport round by me is useless for my needs and I live a bit far from places to walk
