July 10, 200718 yr I guess the album hasnt done to much either. The next song will hopefully be bigger
July 10, 200718 yr Probably not. Affirmation had a lot more songs with single potential(why didn't they release Till I See Ya?!) than Music City Soul does.
July 10, 200718 yr There's 3 songs - ATALOL, QOSO and Black Butta - which are potential singles. After You was too, though. The problem is not the song choice but the promotion.
July 10, 200718 yr I never said i didnt! Its just there's less single potential. Not a bad thing, though in my view MCS is a good album (probably 3.5 or 4 stars out of 5) that isn't a patch on the classic Affirmation.
July 10, 200718 yr Current stats: "After You" - #131 ----> #182 "Music City Soul" actually DID re-enter the top 200 in the end, despite not being there at the beginning of the week - #112 ---> #123 so far!
July 10, 200718 yr Wasnt it at 164 the week before last? And up to 112 last week? Thats a nice leap :D Anyword on total sales yet?
July 10, 200718 yr I think it was but it had slipped out of the top 200 at the beginning of last week!
July 12, 200718 yr Really great climb for the album this week :D although the position is still pretty bad
