I've been thinking, :o now that Ged Docherty (sony/bmg chairman) is chairing the brits committee this year, maybe Will can perform at this years Brits? performing his new song from his new album? :dance: Or am I just daydreaming again? :rolleyes: it'll be Leona (big knees ) Lewis and Shayne the timberlake wannabee.

 

I was wondering the same. Hasn't Ged always rated Will & he did personally visit him during the Vortex.

 

I can see Leona getting a slot (she seems to have had the credible tag handed to her on a plate) :arrr: but I don't think Shayne has a cat in hell's chance.

The Brits are a total farce anyway oh yes, Mika will be best male 2008. Lucien Grange (although he's not in charge next year) has spent bundles on this lad, he can't fail to pick up the Brit, no contest ;) :D

And yes apparently Mika is British, in much the same way Daniel Bedingfield was. A bit of a mixture of foreign parents, birth place and citizenship, but he's British :D

Mica Penniman (born 18 August 1983), known as Mika is a Lebanese-born, London-based singer who has a recording contract with Casablanca Records and Universal Music, and rose to fame around the end of 2006 and the start of 2007. Some sources note his birth name as Michael Holbrook Penniman.

Mika was born in Beirut, Lebanon, the third of five children born to an Lebanese mother of Syrian-Lebanese descent and an American father. When he was one year old his family was forced to leave war-torn Lebanon and moved to Paris. The family moved to London when he was nine years old. In London he then attended the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle where he experienced more severe bullying at school and had problems with dyslexia, so he was home-schooled by his mother for six to eight months.
