The presenter was reportedly spotted flirting with Turner at T In The Park last weekend. However, pals have denied the story and revealed that she is dating Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins. A source close to Alexa told The Mirror: "They've been close for months now. They'll do couply things like have meals together and chill out at each other's homes. He's in the US a lot because his band is pretty big out there, but they really like each other." A spokesman for Ian confirmed: "They've been seeing each other for about a year. They're just having fun, they're not buying rings or anything but they are really close." Funniest thing about the article is the quote though, I mean they're big in the US but they're not that big over there... And I think this also proves why the band hate the media so much and why they're so against some of the award ceremonies and in general not playing about with the media because they're easily fooled and they'll believe and print a story that Alex might say when most people will know he's joking. :lol:

They were the first ones to drop the info that Alex Turner had split up with his childhood sweetheart. They also told us how Alex had called "splitsville" on his relationship with Johanna Bennet in January. They now (October 10) tell us that he's hooked up with Popworld presenter Alexa Chung. Apparently, the pair were spotted at the Met Bar and Bungalow 8 club in London. He allegedly said: "She's gorgeous, isn't she? She's the fittest girl here by a mile. But Pixie's attempts to attract his attention at an East London party last night ended in embarrassment for the youngest daughter of Sir Bob. Alex was having none of it, and humiliated her by totally blanking the 17-year-old wannabe model in front of all her pals. He arrived at the Sony Walkman Hidden House Party at The Roost in Dalston with bandmate Matt Helder to watch his girlfriend Alexa Chung's DJ set. A source said: "He was walking up the stairs when an excited Pixie ran after him and called his name. She was desperately trying to get his attention, but he totally blanked her. "But she wasn't deterred. Later, as Alex and Matt watched the performance by Dizzee Rascal, she and a few of her pals positioned themselves right in front of them in the crowd.
