Hes not that busy is he, some other stars have more than one thing on the go at once dont they.

Im going to a show tonite a one off by a chap who was in junior school with my son. He has played the lead in the westend in Phantom of the opera, les miserables, sunset boulevard and Miss saigon, called Glyn kerslake, I believe he has something else coming up in the westend at some time soon. He has a very good voice. This is a one off show for charity - cancer - a small theatre which has been completed refurbished under the lottery funding and is lovely now.

Noone has asked me what Glyn was like, well he was absolutely phenominal, his piano playing on a grand which he accompanied some songs was brilliant and his voice well out of this world. He was also accompanied by a marvellous female cello player. He sang luck be a lady tonite from guys and dolls accompanying himself on the piano as well as songs from les mis and other shows.

I don't think we can really know what he's doing, although we try very hard to keep on his trail.

 

I was quite surprised to read that KT Tunstall worked on one track on Drastic Fantastic for months. Also, apparently several of the songs on there are ones she's just revamped.

 

I'm just not good at waiting.

Darius was a bit upset that we didn't realisek how much work he's putting into this album and how busy he is. I did tell him that, since it wasn't visible from here, it was as if he wasn't doing much. On top of that, he has a family in LA and he's not going to miss seeing the boys grow. He's also doing quite a bit for charity - you just don't see it.

 

I'll have a moan as it's frustrating waiting but, I do feel he has his priorities right. I don't want him to lose the happiness he has in his private life and I don't want him to settle for less than he's happy with in this album.

 

I'll moan anyway though.
