Posted July 16, 200717 yr wow i know it wasnt on the hits ever 5 minutes over the last week but i was surprised that the latest single by razorlight didnt get in the 75. thought they would be the type of band that had at least some more collectors of their stuff, but obv must be one of those bands that have mostly sold their big radio/chart hits to the type of poeple who want to get their iPod as close to the playlist of GCap/Emap/Chysalis as possible and not poeple who are really really passionate about the band, the type of people who will buy it in tescos once theyve seen it on Parkison to listen to in their ford mondeo or to have something alright to listen to on the train.
July 16, 200717 yr Author Even America only made #5 physical. They don't have fans... well if that got to 5 on physical, obv sold on to the 'must have something, anything, at least average' to fill up my iPod crowd :lol:
July 16, 200717 yr Tbf, its not a great song and it is the 5th song theyve released from the album Although the single didnt exactly set the chart on fire, it did boost the albums sales this week, which I think was its purpose Nevermind... should hopefully start to see some new material over the next year or so

July 17, 200717 yr Fairweather fans innit? Plus their fans from 2004 or so will have disowned them now, such is the way of the indie fan. Their next album will sell well to the iPod crowd, yeah...then that's it. Scrap heap for Borrell and not before time if you ask me, talentless t***.

July 19, 200717 yr I Cant Stop The Feeling got to number 44. I quite liked this song, But it wasnt fantastic. I didnt think it would bomb like this though.
