Posted July 17, 200718 yr Lily Allen has revealed that American hard rock band Bon Jovi inspired her to become a performer, after she attended one of their gigs in 1994. The 'Smile' star said that she watched the band performing live in Wembley Arena, and that it was 'amazing'. "I saw Bon Jovi play at Wembley Stadium in 1994. My mum got free passes so I was able to watch from the side of the stage. It was amazing," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. The 22-year-old dubbed attending the concert 'a big moment in her life' and said that she decided to give singing a go. "It was a big moment in my life. I thought, That looks fun. I'd like to give singing a go,'" she said.
