He must just be busy. I always get distracted when I'm busy even though I have twitter and facebook on my phone. Social networking is usually for when I'm bored somewhere or really want to/need to contact someone like making sure everyone knows on facebook that I've arrived safe home or at uni when travelling (saves on texts :teresa: )

Maybe it's the same for D?

So what’s next for you?

I really want to give back to those people who have allowed me to be where I am and I’m going to do that through a new album and tour and a really exciting 2010.

I’m so excited about my new album – I’m working on it right now and it’s a much more mature record. It’s fits somewhere between Michael Bublé and Josh Groban and it’ll hopefully be ready by the end of this year.

The first part doesn't seem to agree with the second part of the #1 interview.

Old politician's rhetorical trick - give two different versions and then remind people that you said the one which fits the relevant situation, hoping they'll forget you also said the other one.
patience Darius will bring out the album wen hes ready. we want him 2 b completely happy with it dont we

Hi Polly good to see new people here.

I think we are just concerned that those who voted for him may have moved on to the next 'star'.

We understand Darius needs to be happy with it.

we've all kept followin him while hes had a break from music. i rely dont think we need 2 worry bout people movin on 2 the next star

Yes but 'we've all' is how many?

I want his album to be a HUGE success not like Dive In

Hi Polly - I think some of us just feel we've been waiting a long time - and worrying. We will be happy when the album comes and it's a huge success.

I'm tired of waiting for Darius to be happy with his 3rd album.

I saw nothing wrong with Right Girl Wrong Time nor the b-sides which were on Live Twice. An album in that vein would have been fine by me.

I liked all 3 of the demos so an album like those would have been OK too.

I'd have bought them.

Frankly, my faith is fading fast. Even I'm losing interest!

It's criminal that someone with his talents is sidelined constantly!

I had a quick look a Crown managements home site. It looks very pop and chart based and looking at the pictures of the staff they looks mostly young.I wonder how much experience they have of crossover artistes. Their artistes are laid out in rows up to nine and Darius comes in row six in smaller letters most of the ones above him I have not heard of and ditto the ones below. The sugababes take top billing followed by the one I did recognise only for the fact that she sang a covent garden when Darius was on. Gabriel Climi.
Darius needs to get that album out soon if he is to cash in on his success on PSTOS. People have short memories and that worries me.

Darius is listed in red as the new boy. The artists in larger print on the previous page are current with tracks out and are successful NOW. When Darius has released something - bearing in mind it's going on 6 yrs since he has, and it's successful then he'll be moved up the ranks. It seems very right and fair to me, the way he's on it now.

That about sums up what appears to be priorities. The boat is about to sail and Darius doesn't seem to be any closer to the port.
