music can say so much....it helps me.

Some music can be soothing and comforting but some irritates and makes one tense and agitated.

Absolutely, Nina. Ther's as much good and relaxing as bad and irritating

so why would you listen to music that irritates and aggitates

yes, I am afraid the only music that sooths me is Darius music, I find I have to turn most others off, unless its an oldie I happen to like.

I like a mixture of new and old. Sometimes the irritating ccan grow on you and become enjoyable. But you have to listen first.
