That was a funny sketch as well.

He did a couple of really funny Delia Whiff sketches.

The trouble is, if you do, it's hard to leave and you don't get things done.

You can always do a "do it challenge day" like I did yesterday, SF.

I couldn't get anything done like that.

 

I'd do as much as possible when they were all in their beds or early morning before they get up, because so much more is possible with no-one under the feet or interrupting.

Do you remember on MOM, Holly 'caked' him with something chocolate-y like a black forest gateau and then he kissed her so she got all messy too ?

That was good as well. She did well. Just laughed as he gunged her.

That's how I feel. I miss the laughing but, I'm happy he's growing.

Oh I'm not suggesting he should go back to kids TV, not even as a very competent presenter as he proved when he took SMTV several times, but the sketches in particular showcase a latent talent, which genuinely amazed theatregoers who'd never suspected it. I guess they didn't watch kids shows.

 

It's the presence - people don't expect that amount of charisma.

Only a fraction of it comes over on the telly.

It doesn't come oer in pics either - that's why people are surprised how good looking he is. It comes over on stage. He can light the thetre up.

It was more noticable in G&D. It was like someone flicked a switch.

I hadn't seen just how good an actor he was before. 'Chicago' was good and he was excellant in it, Guys and Dolls just showed how good he was. The whole show was so much better than in the West End
