Why don't you just go then? Weston Park (which is where V Festival is held) is really not that far from Birmingham, about 30 minutes in the car and they've got day tickets for the Saturday left, which are £63

Yep. There's two sites though, one in Chelmsford and one in Staffordshire, the one in Staffs is Weston Park which is literally 30 minutes away.
