I have to go shopping for a 60th Birthday present and my mind is totally blank. I hate shopping aimlessly, hoping something will jump out and say Buy me. I'm perfect!

I hate to give people money for a special birthday like that. It's like you haven't cared enough to choose something.

My family love me. They give me money because they know me so well and know I really want to go to Darius things. It's not lack of care, sometimes the opposite. You know how well off your friend is and whether there's a specific interest. I'f never give money because I couldn't be bothered but, at times, it can be the best.

She's a simple home loving person and her only real interest other than her husband and family, is her dog. She especially loves King Charles's. She's had 3 in a row.

 

A couple of her other friends are getting various china models and one is getting a printed canvas picture of all 3 of her dogs.

 

 

That does sound so hard to find somehing for her. Would she like a tapestry set? They do spanial ones.

I'm off to bed. I think everything is dry so I can remove them and make my bed.

Thanks for the suggestion. Her world is her home and family but she's not crafty. She knits but I've never seen her sew other than mend and sew on buttons.
